Person Centred Review
Each student in school will have an Education Health and Care plan (EHCP) Each year the plan is reviewed in a Person Centred manor ensuring the views of all stakeholders and the student are taken into account where possible.
Our young people are involved in the meetings wherever possible. This involves them talking about the things that are going well in school and the things that they want to change. Some students will do this work in advance of the meeting with a familiar adult and can be in written, picture or symbol format. We also share our transition meetings in the form of a booklet to all young people and their families.
